1. About Fresh Wax

Fresh Wax is an online music store and community platform specialising in jungle and drum & bass music. We sell digital releases, vinyl records, and branded merchandise. We also provide a platform for DJ mixes and livestreaming.

2. Account Types

When you register for a Fresh Wax account, you automatically receive:

• Customer access to purchase releases and merchandise
• Ability to comment on and rate content
• Ability to upload DJ mixes for free listening, download, and community interaction

Additional roles (Artist/Label, Merch Seller) require admin approval and are subject to additional terms.

3. DJ Mixes

DJ mixes uploaded to Fresh Wax are provided for:

• Free listening on the platform
• Free instant download by registered users
• Community engagement through comments and ratings

DJ mixes are not sold. By uploading a mix, you confirm you have the right to distribute the content and accept responsibility for any copyright issues arising from your upload.

4. Livestreams

Fresh Wax provides livestreaming capabilities for eligible DJs. Regarding livestream content:

• You may record, redistribute, and rebroadcast Fresh Wax livestreams
• This permission is granted provided it does not infringe on copyright laws
• DJs are responsible for ensuring their streamed content complies with copyright regulations
• Fresh Wax is not liable for copyright infringement by DJs or viewers

5. Purchases

All purchases of digital releases, vinyl, and merchandise are final unless the item is faulty or not as described. Digital downloads are provided immediately upon payment confirmation.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not upload content that infringes copyright or other rights
• Treat other community members with respect
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security or restrictions

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (mixes, comments, etc.). By uploading, you grant Fresh Wax a licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behaviour harmful to the community.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
