How quickly will I receive a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent order issues, please include your order number in the subject line.
I haven't received my download links, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find them, email us with your order number and we'll resend the links immediately.
Can I suggest music for your store?
Yes! If you know of a jungle or drum & bass release we should stock, send us a message with details and we'll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify orders that haven't been dispatched yet. Digital orders are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled.
